When we first stepped onto this property in the Spooner countryside, we saw more than a 100-year-old barn—we saw a space filled with history, character, and potential. After a thoughtful renovation blending historic craftsmanship with modern design, it became something truly special.

The Venue

Tables & Chairs
All rentals include tables and chairs. Tables and chairs will be set up at the ceremony and reception site of your choice prior to your arrival.
On-Site Catering
Work with our approved vendors for your meal. We are happy to provide you with a list of vendors we have worked with and recommend. Outside vendors are welcome too.
Relaxed Atmosphere
With our weekend rental package, there’s no need to rush. Host your rehearsal the evening before and clean up can be done the Sunday after.
Our single day rental package allows you a full day starting at 8am, with a curfew of 11pm.

Answers to some of our most frequently asked questions
We can accommodate the following across the various locations at our venue:
• 160 in the upstairs barn ceremony space.
• Up to 400 in our field ceremony space.
• 200 seated in the reception shed, though there is room to rent tent in our outdoor space for more.
Yes, we would love to give you and those closest to you a tour of our venue prior to booking. There is no charge for a tour.
For those that select the weekend package, the venue is available to you starting at 3pm on Friday, through Sunday at 11am. For those that select the single day package, the venue will be available to you starting at 8am with a curfew of 11pm.
There are many amenities available to you as part of your rental fee. Some of these include the use of the kitchen, and access to a bridal room and a grooms room. The Burch Barn has 30 round tables that seat eight people comfortably and 400 white chairs available. Audio equipment is also included, featuring a microphone, a mic headset and two speakers.
Please note, we do not allow candles and open flames.
Yes, but you must have a licensed bartender. We can help send you in the right direction should you choose to set this up.
Yes. The Burch Barn's curfew is 11pm.
